1. Introduction
At Tervalogo S.A.S. (hereinafter, "Tervalogo", "we", or "the Platform") we treat privacy as an operational commitment, not a formality. This policy describes, in plain language, which personal data we process when you browse tervalogo.com, for which purposes, on what legal basis, and which rights you can exercise at any time. We operate under Argentine Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and its current implementing rules, as well as under international standards that apply to those who interact with our platform from other jurisdictions.
2. Data we process
We only process the data we need to respond to you and operate the site: your name, your email address, and the content of the message you choose to send through the contact form. On an aggregated basis and always with your consent, we may also record technical data such as device type, browser, preferred language, and pages visited, solely for analytical purposes.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your information to reply to your enquiries, send you informational material if you request it, improve site experience, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations applicable to the Argentine crowdfunding sector. We do not use the data to make automated decisions with significant legal effects.
4. Legal basis
The legal bases are your express consent —granted when you submit the form or accept optional cookie categories—, Tervalogo's legitimate interest in operating the platform and preventing misuse, and the fulfilment of applicable legal obligations.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with providers that help us operate the site (hosting, measurement, and communication tools), always under confidentiality agreements and documented instructions. If required by a competent authority, we will provide strictly the necessary information.
6. Retention
We retain your data for the minimum time necessary to fulfil the described purposes or to meet legal obligations. Contact-form messages are retained for up to 24 months, unless you request earlier deletion.
7. Your rights
You can access, rectify, update or request deletion of your data, as well as withdraw the consent granted for specific purposes. To exercise these rights, write to privacidad@tervalogo.com indicating the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within the timelines provided by Argentine law.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures —TLS encryption, access control, environment segregation, and periodic audits— to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or alteration.
9. International transfers
Some of our providers may host data outside Argentina. In such cases, we require contractual and technical safeguards equivalent to those set out in Law No. 25,326 and the rules issued by the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública.
